I've ordered a flower subscription.  Now what?

After ordering a subscription, you will first receive a confirmation text or email about your purchase.  Each subscription corresponds with a specific season (e.g. Spring Fling Flower Subscription) and an estimated start date.  As that date approaches, we will reach out to you to let you know when the subscription will begin and other details on pick up, etc.

I would like to give the gift of a flower subscription.  How do I do that?

In the cart, there is a section to add additional information such as gift card notes.  If you happened to miss it, please email us and we will ensure that the recipient gets proper notification as well as a gift card.

 I can't make my pick up date.  Can I reschedule?  

With enough advanced notice of at least 7 days, we may be able to reschedule a day for local pick up.  Please email us directly to notify.

I forgot to pick up my arrangement.  Now what?

Any flowers not picked up will be donated. There are no refunds available for missed pick ups.

Can I send a card with my delivery?

Yes, in the checkout page, there is a section for notes and instructions for gifts.  If you missed it, please email us with the information.

I would like my own flower cutting garden. Can you please help me?

YES.  We are available for local consultations including plant suggestions, timing and general moral support for the garden.  Please call or email us with questions.
